As a buyer, I have lost count of the times my enquiry for high price-tag items has been responded to with an email quote, with little or no follow up from the seller. The suppliers I choose may not be the cheapest but because they’ve invested their time and resources with me, I naturally prefer to invest in them. All this potential benefit for an investment that has a starting cost of £1.60 each for an A4 printed folder and about £1 for postage. That really seems like a no-brainer to me!

There’s something rather special about receiving mail packages that have been sent just for you. •  48.5% of posted mail was either read, looked at or glanced over straight away and 23% within a 28 day period

•  The average frequency (re-visits) of addressed mail is 4.2

So, it’s cost your Company a whopping one pound or so (tax deductible) to mail out your folder, but hey, as the figures prove, it stands a great chance of being looked at and better still, kept.
